Jennifer Davies, Senior Property Manager
Jennifer brings over a decade of experience to her position as Senior Property Manager. She is the primary liaison between staff, contractors, and tenants ensuring that everything is running smoothly across our various residential and commercial properties. We take pride in our buildings and in providing an excellent level of service and maintenance to our residents, tenants, and property owners.

Our Property Management Team takes pride in ensuring that our private residents enjoy living in our well maintained buildings located in West, Central, and Downtown Ottawa, and Gatineau (Aylmer). Our management and staff are courteous and responsive to the needs of each resident in our rentals on an on-going basis. It is our responsibility to ensure tenant satisfaction with quality accommodations and service excellence.
Prospective tenants can choose from bachelor, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, townhomes or houses for rent, as available. We have a wide selection of unit types with popular amenities across our various locations to meet the needs of a variety of lifestyles and interests. Each building employs on-site staff whose commitment and care is evident.
