McEwen Towers

McEwen Towers  is located off Richmond Road and Ambleside Drive.  It is a quiet residential area with proximity to the Western Parkway.   Shopping is minutes away at both Lincoln Fields and Carlingwood Mall. Bus service is available steps from the front entrance of the building.

The new large PVC balconies offer city or river views.  All units have parquet and ceramic tile floors. Every unit is freshly painted with a two tone color.

A complete modernization of the building has recently been undertaken with freshly painted hallways and new hallway carpeting.  The elevators have both been modernized with stainless and mirrored interior finishes. New balcony railings have been installed and all interior windows and patio doors have been replaced. 

We have a full-time superintendent who lives on site and maintains the building always assures that the tenants are satisfied. The building is always kept immaculate, we send out newsletter regularly to keep our tenants posted on upcoming projects and so forth.
